We are a fast-paced, results-oriented digital products and software company.
We are in need of a self-motivated, tech savvy, extremely organised, attention to detail individual who can think on their feet and get things done quickly and effectively.
You will be working closely with the CEO to reduce his workload; responsible to assist, plan, organise, manage people and execute projects.
You will autonomously create systems and procedures to streamline, optimise and automate operations.
You must be hard working, highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills. A self-starter who is dependable, accountable and responsible.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage diary, attend and take meeting notes, summarising key points.
Project Management: Organise, coordinate and supervise schedules, workflows, tasks and priorities to ensure daily deliverables.
Organise: Define realistic timelines and deadlines for each task, bringing clarity to milestones to maintain deadlines.
Track: Monitor and evaluate team’s progress and performance, providing feedback to optimise and maintain quality control.
People Management: Remote staff management, organising and running daily, weekly and monthly meetings, liaising between staff and ensuring targets are met.
Communication: Act as a communication liaison, ensuring clarity amongst teams, reduce errors and increase productivity.
Administration: Business, team and management reporting, highlighting errors, waste, friction and opportunities for growth.
Documentation: Create systems and processes, document and maintain procedural tasks.
Optimisation: Evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase performance, efficiency, productivity and delivery.
Required Skills
You must be technical savvy, and can use software applications such as:
HTML websites and website builders: GoHighLevel, Convertri, ClickFunnels etc.
Email
Project management: Clickup & Trello.
Video: Screencast, Loom etc.
Documentation: Google Docs, Sheets, Confluence etc.
You must be:
A proactive problem solver with high attention to detail.
A team player, enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude.
Reliable, responsible and accountable.
Excellent research, problem-solving and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Exceptional time management and highly organized.
Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills.
