About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to contribute to our tendering and estimating process remotely. As a Virtual Estimator / Administrator, you’ll play a key role in preparing cost estimates, sourcing subcontractor quotes, and compiling tenders for submission, ensuring our bids are accurate, competitive, and well-organized.

What You’ll Do
Create and manage costing sheets for accurate project estimates.
Procure and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness.
Assist in compiling and submitting tenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders via
Maintain and organize digital files related to tenders and estimates.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Prepare detailed reports on tender outcomes and cost analysis.
Support Project Managers with administrative tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Experience and Education:
3–5 years of experience in estimating, tendering, or project administration (experience in remedial construction is a bonus).
A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Strong proficiency with estimating tools and software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or Excel).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Sharp analytical skills for evaluating quotes and preparing cost estimates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
