Graveyard shift

Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 pesos per month plus benefits and annual bonus eligibility + HMO Benefits
We follow PH Holidays and provide PTO leave credits after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)

Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with project managers, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support projects from initiation to completion
- Work closely with project managers to coordinate project activities
- Assist teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify problems and find effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Set up meetings and provide daily support to the Head of Operations
- Contribute to the overall success of the Operations team
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the company’s growth

Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Bachelors degree
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
