Job Description:
We are seeking a enthusiastic, skilled, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will encompass various project management tasks, from initial contract review to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Projects:
Contract Review: Thoroughly review project contracts to ensure alignment with client expectations and company policies. Identify and communicate any potential issues or discrepancies.
Budget Estimate Creation: Develop accurate and comprehensive budget estimates by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Consider various factors, including materials, labor, and additional expenses.
Work Order Creation: Create detailed work orders that clearly outline project tasks, timelines, and responsibilities. Ensure all tea
Create Material List: Develop a comprehensive material list based on project requirements. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Create Work Order: Generate work orders that serve as a guide for the project team. Clearly outline project specifications, tasks, and deadlines to facilitate smooth project execution.
Schedule Projects:
Client Schedule: Align project timelines with client expectations. Provide regular updates and maintain open communication to address any concerns or changes promptly.
Labor Schedule: Efficiently manage labor resources by creating schedules that optimize productivity and consider factors such as skills, availability, and workload.
Material Schedule: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, ensuring they are available when needed to avoid delays.
Container Schedule: Manage the schedule for containers used in the project, from delivery to removal, optimizing space on the site.
Permits Schedule: Develop and adhere to a schedule for obtaining necessary permits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Client Satisfaction: Prioritize and actively contribute to achieving high levels of client satisfaction. Foster positive relationships through effective communication, meeting or exceeding expectations, and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Driven to set and hit goals.
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Knowledge of roofing materials, construction processes, and relevant regulations is as plus.
