JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help secure a traditional book deal (in the U.S., Canada, or the U.K.) for my nonfiction leadership book, "Lead Like You Will Die: How Remembering Your Death Can Make You a Great Leader."

This is a project-based role with an incentivized payment structure and the potential for ongoing, part-time work.

Responsibilities:
• Research top literary agents and publishers specializing in leadership, business, and personal development books.
• Manage query tracking, follow-ups, and submission schedules.
• Refine and submit book proposals to target agents.
• Identify relevant leadership/book industry contacts, podcasts, and speaking opportunities to strengthen my author platform.

Compensation:

???? Base Pay: $300 upon successful completion of agent research, query tracking setup, and at least 10 well-targeted submissions.
???? Performance Bonuses:
• +$50 for every full manuscript request received from an agent.
• +$200 if a literary agent signs a representation agreement.
• Potential for ongoing, part-time work if results are strong.

This results-driven model ensures that the right VA is motivated to perform high-quality work while being fairly compensated for success.

WAGE/SALARY PER PROJECT:
???? $300 Base + Up to $600 in Bonuses (Total Potential: $900)
