We are currently recruiting for a detailed oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant who who will support us in our ongoing business projects. This is a role that has lots of potential and opportunities for growth and idea for someone who is highly organised, detailed oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage invoicing processes, including creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
-Maintain accurate financial records and organize important business documents.
-Conduct market research to identify deals, discounts, and cost-saving opportunities.
-Assist with data entry, file management, and general record-keeping.
-Coordinate with vendors, clients, and tea
-Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for ongoing projects.
-Support project management activities, including scheduling and task tracking.
-Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is a big plus but should not be a deal breaker. We're open to considering someone with the interest and capability to do the role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
