We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive "Production Assistant' to join our team! This is a remote work-from-home position with a monthly internet allowance
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on orders from factories in "China" and coordinate shipments to US retailers.
- Ensure timely communication and updates with both factories and retailers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory in Excel.
- Manage and track orders, timelines, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with team members via "Outlook" to keep everyone informed and up to date on order statuses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a "Production Assistant", with a strong background in working with both "factories in China" and "US retailers".
- Proficiency in "Excel" for creating spreadsheets, tracking data, and organizing information.
- Strong communication skills and experience with "Outlook" for email correspondence.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
