AutoScale Ventures is seeking a talented Product Associate who will provide comprehensive support to the Product Lead, assisting in various aspects of product management, product development, marketing, and operations.

Core Hours & Benefits:
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm US Pacific Time
Base Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 monthly depending on experience
Benefits: Profit Share, Health Coverage, Equipment fund
Location: Philippines (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, communications, document handling, and file organization.
Operational Support: Assist in billing, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency.
Marketing Support: Contribute to content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and market research.
Website Development Support: Maintain and update website content, assist with basic design, and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Keen attention to detail
Experience in fast-paced environments

Project management
