Your Missions & Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Manage CEO/COO's schedule and appointments/bookings.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodations.
Meeting Organization: Coordinate Dr meetings
Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands/ organize personal events.
Communication Handling: Handle communication and emails in personal emails.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support in personal life to help CEO/COO to focus on their work in the company.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Monitoring personal mailbox
Handling personal data on Notion board
Document Creation and SOPs: Produces documents and (SOPs) to enhance PA role
Research on different topics on demand



Requirements
Attention to Detail & Impeccable Organization: We value a PA who can introduce structure, efficiently organize tasks, and assist the CEO in streamlining our operations.
Stress Resilience: As the PA to the CEO, you’ll need to stay calm and composed under pressure, managing tight deadlines and high-priority tasks effectively.
Proactivity: We appreciate a PA who takes initiative, demonstrates good judgment, and anticipates the CEO’s needs.
Eagerness to Learn: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday, Loom, ChatGPT, Zoom, and Asana is a plus. We value a PA who is committed to continually updating their skills to better support the CEO.
Proficiency in Translators & AI: Given that our clients primarily speak French, you should be comfortable with translating elements and utilizing AI tools to assist the CEO.
Unwavering Enthusiasm: Show a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office and providing exceptional support, backed by a track record of effective management and coordination.
Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering top-notch support to the CEO and the broader team, going above and beyond to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
