JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive personal assistant (PA) to support the founder of Efficura, an AI-powered logistics system focused on hospital estate and facilities management.

Your primary responsibility will be to help manage and structure all tasks within the business—ensuring everything is documented, prioritised, and executed efficiently. This role is about bringing organisation and execution to daily operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You won’t be directly handling company operations but will be instrumental in managing the workflow and responsibilities within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Task Management & Organisation—Maintain a structured system for tracking and prioritising all tasks.
Planning & Execution—Ensure tasks are not only recorded but also carried out efficiently.
Scheduling & Coordination – Assist in structuring daily, weekly, and monthly workflows.
Presentation & Report Preparation—Create professional reports, summaries, and slideshows as needed.
Founder Support—Help the founder stay on top of priorities and commitments.


The ideal candidate must be:

Exceptionally Organised—Able to bring order to chaos and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Action-Orientated— A doer, not just a planner. You execute tasks, not just think about them.
Detail-Focused—Capable of ensuring tasks are completed properly and on time.
Strong in Communication—Able to convey information clearly and keep things running smoothly.
Adaptable & Reliable—Able to step in and provide support wherever necessary.
Open to Relocation—There is potential for relocation to London in 12-18 months, but only if you prove to be a great fit and genuinely help bring out the best in the founder. If relocation happens, the company will cover the costs, and your salary will be adjusted to align with London/UK standards instead of PH rates.

Interview Process:

Our interview will be conversational and focused on personality and fit rather than a formal interrogation.
Total Interview Duration: 20 minutes.
Structure:
First 5 minutes: Brief discussion on qualifications and organisational capabilities.
Remaining 15 minutes: A casual conversation to see how well we connect as individuals.
This role is all about working closely together, so how well we get along as people is just as important as skills and experience.
