Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a small business owner with both professional and personal tasks. This is a part-time, night shift position, ideal for someone who excels in priority management, financial tracking, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Priority Management:
• Assist in prioritizing tasks for the week, month, and upcoming months.
• Conduct a Sunday evening check-in to plan the week.

• Regularly review expenses to maximize the use of FSA (Flexible Spending Account) money.
3. Project Management:
• Document home improvement projects and other long-term improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and track project progress.
4. Calendar Management:
• Schedule family appointments, sports activities, and personal events.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
5. Travel Planning:
• Arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights and accommodations.
• Ensure all travel details are organized and easily accessible.
6. Light Bookkeeping:
• Manage accounts, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Help the business owner analyze financial data to make informed decisions.
7. Organization:
• Maintain files, documents, and records in an organized and easily accessible manner.
• Implement efficient document management systems.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
