About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email and Text Outreach Specialist to engage with leads, prospects, and existing clients through well-crafted messaging. This role involves writing and sending personalized email and text follow-ups, nurturing relationships, and optimizing outreach strategies to increase response rates and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Craft and send email and text follow-ups to leads, ensuring alignment with the representative's tone and preferences.
Personalize messages based on lead interactions and engagement history.
Maintain and update outreach templates for efficiency and consistency.
Monitor and analyze response rates, adjusting outreach strategies as needed.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve engagement.
Track outreach activity using CRM tools and report performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in email and SMS outreach, customer engagement, or a similar role.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SMS marketing platforms).
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Experience in sales or lead nurturing is a plus.
