We are looking for an Operations Manager ROCKSTAR.
We are a CPA firm that works with English speakers and already have a team of 5+ high-performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Potential Management of key tea
- Keeping workflow/communication management tools organized & up to date
- Ensuring that all requests made by ownership and management has been successfully delegated to the appropriate tea
- Organizing tasks in order of priority to meet the larger objective
- Holding tea
- Creating performance report that measures progress to the primary results for each tea
- Meeting weekly with all tea
- Assisting the team to push projects over the finish line

Tax and Bookkeeping Experience is a plus!
