Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for identifying and vetting potential subcontractors to ensure our high standards of service are maintained. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing online and making phone calls to potential subcontractors, compiling lists, vetting them, and sending the necessary paperwork to finalize agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and Phone Calls: Reach out to potential subcontractors online and via phone to discuss opportunities and assess interest.
• Identification: Research and identify subcontractors who meet the company’s criteria and standards.
• List Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive list of potential and vetted subcontractors.
• Vetting: Conduct thorough vetting of subcontractors, including reference checks, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Paperwork Management: Send out and manage required paperwork, including application forms, contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and interpret data to help drive informed business decisions.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential subcontractors to ensure timely completion of paperwork and onboarding processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to understand subcontractor requirements and preferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Social Science, or a related field required..
• Previous experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in facilities maintenance or a related industry.
• Excellent English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
