About Online Team Member:

Online Team Member is a virtual assistant agency based in Canada, dedicated to helping realtors streamline their day-to-day operations. We're a passionate team looking for a talented individual to join us as a Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant!

About the Role:

Are you a social media whiz with a knack for organization? Do you have a passion for the real estate industry? This role is the perfect blend of creativity and organization, allowing you to manage a realtor's social media presence while providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for assigned real estate client(s)
Create engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonate with the target audience
Manage and monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Schedule and publish social media content consistently
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings

Executive Assistance:

Manage and prioritize the realtor's schedule (appointments, meetings, travel)
Handle email correspondence and phone calls
Prepare presentations and reports
Assist with marketing materials and client communications
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Handle administrative tasks (filing, document organization)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred

Requirements:

Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST
Strong proficiency in English
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Compensation:

Full-time position
Salary: $800 USD per month
