Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating schedules, overseeing financial tasks, and handling social media activities. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing productivity to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and efficiently schedule appointments for potential leads.
* Manage financial transactions, oversee QuickBooks, and track payments accurately.
* Post photos of recent projects on social media to engage and retain customers.
* Respond professionally to customer reviews across various platforms.
* Handle email correspondence and follow up with leads to maximize business opportunities.
* Place online orders for finished materials and coordinate timely deliveries.
* Design templates for project estimates and prepare detailed cost proposals.
* Monitor platforms like Nextdoor and Houzz to identify and connect with new leads.
* Organize and track stage payments for ongoing projects to ensure financial accuracy.
* Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely employee compensation.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and word processing tools.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High school diploma required; additional experience in administrative roles is a plus.
