About the Role:

Haughton Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee property management, real estate development, loan processing, and financial tracking. This role requires a strong ability to manage databases, streamline operations, handle documentation, and run financial projections to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

? Property Management & Real Estate Development

• Manage rental property operations and assist with tenant communication.

• Track and coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections.

• Organize and maintain lease agreements, contracts, and property records.

? Loans & Financial Management

• Assist in researching loan options and handling loan applications.

• Run financial numbers and create property performance reports.

• Organize and track rental income, property expenses, and cash flow.

? Database Management & Organization

• Build and manage a real estate lead and client database.

• Track real estate deals, pending transactions, and leads.

• File and maintain critical business documents.

? Process & Administrative Management

• Set up and organize real estate listings, agreements, and transactions.

• Streamline operations and workflow to improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and documentation.

Requirements:

? Experience in real estate, property management, or business operations

? Strong organization and communication skills

? Knowledge of real estate loans, financial documents, and data tracking

? Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for financial analysis

? Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software and Google Drive

? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
