Non-Voice Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team! Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers through direct messages, maintain meaningful conversations, assess their wants and drive sales through effective communication strategies. This role requires excellent written English skills, creativity, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with customers.
- Promote digital products and contents
- Build and maintain relationships to encourage long-term engagement.
- Achieve good sales targets.
- Follow messaging guidelines and company strategies.

Requirements:
- Excellent written English and communication skills (C1 and higher)
- Fast and stable internet
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting sales targets.
- Able to handle high traffic

What we offer:
- Starting wage: $3.15/h
- Commission: 5% - 20% (depending on sales reached throughout a week)
- Weekly Pay (every Mondays)
