We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented physician to work as a Medical Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and clinical tasks in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a virtual environment. The role involves a variety of responsibilities ranging from scheduling appointments to Telehealth support.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling & Management:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, for both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Send reminders to patients and reschedule as necessary.
Manage medical calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling.
Client Communication:
Answer client inquiries via phone,
Provide information on office policies, procedures, and upcoming appointments.
Assist with follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and care continuity.
Records Management:
Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Organize client intake documentation in preparation for appointments.
Assist in report tracking and distribution.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter and update client information in electronic reports and ensure that all patient data is accurately entered and up-to-
date.
Telehealth Wellness Support:
Provide wellness consultations focusing on musculoskeletal health and wellness.
General Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative tasks, including maintaining files, managing

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Prefer a Physician or post doctorial medical student.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Confidentiality: Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
Working hours: M-F, During USA Pacific Time Zone.
