Position Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing and Admin Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our operations and growing our market presence. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, create and coordinate marketing content, and help ensure that our “clear the mess without the stress” message reaches new clients across Sydney Australia.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Organise and handle daily administrative tasks to maintain high levels of efficiency and communication.
Coordinate appointments, manage documents, and update records.
2. Social Media Management
Create engaging content and plan post schedules.
Grow and interact with our online community, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
3. Customer Interaction
Respond to customer inquiries on social media and via

4. Quoting & Basic Admin
Assist in generating basic quotes for clients.
Maintain files, databases, and relevant paperwork related to our services.
5. Lead Generation
Build and maintain a list of potential clients and partners (e.g., property managers, strata companies, businesses, schools and the public).
Support outreach efforts to expand our network.
6. Content Posting
Regularly update online channels with fresh, informative content (e.g., “before and after” photos, service insights).
7. Ad Hoc Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team wherever needed.

Qualifications
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in commerce or marketing
