Job Title: Marketing Operations and Project Management Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Part Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time)

Job Description:
We are a dynamic marketing agency looking for a Marketing Operations and Project Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with expertise in project management, marketing operations, and technical tools like ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace. You will play a key role in managing projects, streamlining workflows, and supporting our marketing efforts with skills in copywriting, design, development, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
Project Management: Use ClickUp to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for multiple marketing projects. Ensure all projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Marketing Operations: Use GoHighLevel for reporting, invoicing, and CRM management. Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights.
Google Workspace Management: Administer and manage Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and handle Google Admin tasks such as user management and security settings.
Analytics: Track and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or GoHighLevel.
Administrative Support: Handle email management, scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks with precision.
Communication: Act as a liaison between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations.

Requirements:
Perfect English: Fluent in both written and spoken English with exceptional grammar and communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Excellent in everything ClickUp related, Google Workspace (including Google Admin), and GoHighLevel for invoicing.
Marketing Basics: Knowledge of copywriting, design, development, and analytics.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Internet Connection: Reliable, high-speed internet connection for seamless communication and task management.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or operations roles.
Availability: Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Time).
Bonus: Certification or experience in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) is a plus.
