Digital Marketing Assistant

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Digital Marketing Assistant to support our business operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments using Google Workspace and Calendly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry and manage online filing systems.
- Generate and send invoices using Stripe or PayPal.
- Track expenses and organize receipts for bookkeeping purposes.

Customer Interaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups using tools like ManyChat and Zoom.
- Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all required documents and information are received.

Digital Marketing & Sales Assistance
- Manage and update social media accounts with engaging, relevant content.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters using tools like Upgrade to see actual info.
- Monitor online engagement and respond to comments or messages.
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients via email and messaging platforms.
- Analyze marketing data and track performance metrics using Google Analytics.
- Design promotional materials and graphics using Canva.

Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
- Compile industry news and insights to support strategy meetings.
- Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for a motivated, self-sufficient professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Stripe, ManyChat, Upgrade to see actual info, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (fluent).
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and lead generation strategies.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in work with minimal errors.
- Availability: Flexible to work during U.S. business hours.
