Position: Marketing Executive Assistant
Salary: $5 - $7 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Philippines (Remote, CST hours)

Overview

Integrated Hire (formerly AdminEdge) is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive & Marketing Assistant to support both the personal and professional activities for the leadership of a growing childcare-focused business. This role is a true hybrid of executive/personal support and creative marketing execution, including content creation, social media management, and light project coordination across multiple brands and platforms.

You’ll assist with scheduling, communication, to-do lists, and small daily tasks, while also creating content, supporting social media engagement (including YouTube), and helping build a strong, faith-aligned online presence. The ideal candidate is a Christian professional who can confidently switch between executive tasks and creative work, has strong marketing experience, and is passionate about brands that aim to connect families and communities to Christ.


Key Responsibilities

Executive & Admin Support

-Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and help keep daily priorities on track.

-Monitor inboxes, draft responses, and follow up on communications.

-Assist with research, internal documents, and simple reporting tasks.

-Keep digital files, SOPs, and team resources organized (OneDrive, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.).

-Help manage projects and workflows to ensure follow-through.

-Provide dependable, day-to-day support to the business owner.


Social Media & Content Support

-Manage multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

-Create and schedule content—graphics, reels, video, and written captions.

-Support YouTube content creation, uploads, and optimization.

-Engage with followers across platforms; monitor comments and messages.

-Track content performance and share insights for improvement.

-Stay current on platform trends and content strategy best practices.


Growth Opportunities (Future Responsibilities)

As the role evolves, you may also take on:

-Support with email marketing (e.g., newsletters, announcements).

-Assist with job postings, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach.

-Contribute to paid ad setup and campaign coordination (Meta, Google)

-Help manage personal brand/blog-related content and digital projects.

-Collaborate with designers, editors, or other creative support.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in executive assistant and marketing roles. Strong marketing support experience required.

-Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

-Comfortable multitasking and working independently in a remote setting.

-Skilled in Canva, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools.

-Experience managing and optimizing YouTube content.

-Confident in social media content creation across platforms.

-Must align with Christian values and feel confident representing brands that lead with faith.


Bonus Skills

-Video editing skills (e.g., cuts, captions, Shorts/Reels formatting).

-Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info or other task management platforms.

-Background in childcare, education, or nonprofit spaces.

-Experience with email platforms like MailerLite, ConvertKit, etc.

-Interest in blogging, parent engagement, and Christ-centered messaging.
