Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations,
Key Responsibilities:

Organize inbox, respond to inquiries, and flag important
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Follow up on communications with partners, clients, and vendors.
? Content Creation & Social Media Support
Assist in drafting social media posts, newsletters, and basic graphics.
Schedule and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Research trends and engagement strategies for nonprofit and brand marketing.
? Project & Task Management
Maintain spreadsheets, client documents, and reports.
Organize files and digital assets.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, influencer outreach, or sponsorships.
Ideal Candidate:
? Detail-oriented & highly organized – able to manage multiple priorities.
? Strong communicator – professional
? Marketing-savvy – experience with social media, Canva, or basic content creation is a plus.
? Tech-friendly – familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Canva, Trello, or similar tools.
? Flexible & self-motivated – able to work independently while keeping tasks on track.
