Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptionally smart, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, contributing to marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative and managerial tasks. If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads & GBP Management: Assist with campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Ensure Google Business Profile (GBP) listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead Generation: Source and vet potential leads for Facebook ad campaigns. Collaborate on strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence. Maintain organized records and ensure deadlines are met.
- Project Management: Oversee various managerial tasks, including tracking project progress, coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and ensuring deliverables are on schedule.

Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Facebook Ads. Strong knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Workspace, project management software, and CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor in client-facing interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and stay ahead of deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a knack for finding efficient solutions.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
