We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our design and marketing agency’s digital marketing efforts. LOCATION: Remote (Preferably based in the Philippines)

JOB TYPE: Part-time contractor 20-30 hours per week (to be discussed with the applicant) with the potential to become full-time in 2026

SCOPE OF WORK

Social Media Management
- Work collaboratively with the founder and clients and ideate and create content, primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create and edit social media posts aligning with each client’s brand strategy and content plan.
- Oversee the social media calendar, schedule posts, and ensure timely execution by actively managing and posting content according to the defined schedule.
- Utilize tools like Canva to develop social media creative, and engage with emerging AI video tools.
- Proactively monitor relevant trends and news stories and provide suggestions for timely content and conversations.
- Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics to gauge effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Project Management
- Attend and/or listen to recorded client meetings to ensure action items are captured and organized by client project.
- Liaise with external contractors and partners, coordinating activities and ensuring seamless project execution for clients.

Executive Support
- Schedule and coordinate client and team meetings across different time zones.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of client proposals and presentations.
- Draft initial versions of documents and presentations based on provided templates for various steps of the customer journey.
- Assist in the collection of customer success content like client feedback and testimonials.

Brand
- Conduct desktop research on competitive and aspirational brands, industry trends, and consumer behavior to inform and refine brand strategies for clients.
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT to develop personas across various segments and industries.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: At least 6 months–1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in Canva and willing to quickly learn other digital tools.
- Experience in developing prompts for AI platforms like ChatGPT.
- Experience with AI video editing tools like Descript is a plus.
- Ability to conduct desktop research and synthesize learnings.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote setting.
- Flexible and open to scheduling calls during early morning or late evening hours to align with different time zones.
- Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram, with knowledge of other platforms like YouTube and TikTok being an added advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Capable of catching errors in content, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring consistent quality in deliverables.
- A computer capable of running necessary software. Stable internet connection (minimum of 25 mbps) for remote work and weekly Google Meet/Zoom calls

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who would like a long-term close working relationship, with the opportunity of moving to full-time as the business grows. Pay raises and bonuses will be part of future compensation and growth as the selected candidate develops and proves their ability.

SALARY AND BONUSES
Salary range: $5-$8 USD per hour, depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
13th month guaranteed
Government dues are the responsibility of the MA
Paid birthday off
Performance Bonuses: Earn bonuses for exceptional work or reaching key performance milestones.
