The Marketing Assistant provides crucial support to the marketing department by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role involves coordinating schedules, preparing reports, maintaining marketing materials, managing databases, and assisting with event planning and social media management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively communicate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Support marketing campaigns: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.
2- Manage marketing materials: Organize and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
3 - Coordinate events: Help with the logistics and promotion of events, conferences, webinars, or trade shows.
4 - Database management: Maintain and update customer and lead databases, ensuring accurate information for campaigns.
5 - Administrative support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
6- Vendor coordination: Communicate with external vendors and partners for marketing materials, advertising, and promotional efforts.
