Livestream Moderator Manager

We are looking for a Livestream Moderation Manager to lead our team of moderators in ensuring that our livestreams remain compliant, engaging, and high-quality. This role is responsible for managing the moderation team, setting up schedules, overseeing compliance enforcement, and streamlining reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has leadership experience, and understands both platform community guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Livestream Moderators, ensuring they are aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage team schedules, ensuring proper coverage of livestreams.
- Review daily reports from moderators and compile insights for leadership.
- Establish clear moderation guidelines and communicate expectations to the team.
- Stay updated on platform policies (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and ensure moderators enforce them appropriately.
- Monitor live and recorded streams when necessary to assess performance and compliance.
- Train new moderators, providing them with best practices and guidance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between moderators, streamers, and management.
- Analyze trends in moderation reports, identifying common issues and areas for improvement.
- Develop escalation processes for handling policy violations or repeated offenses.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure moderation aligns with company strategy.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management, content moderation, or community management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage scheduling, reporting, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, Whatnot, YouTube, Kick, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
- Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-streaming environment.
- Experience in policy enforcement, content review, or compliance is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using moderation tools on major streaming platforms.
- Previous experience in hiring, training, or mentoring teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and improve workflows.
