We’re growing and need a LinkedIn Outreach & Apollo.io Specialist to help us find the right clients, secure meetings, and drive new business.

This is NOT a basic lead generation role.
We are NOT looking for someone who just spams copy-paste messages and hopes for the best. We need a highly skilled professional who can:
* Research leads properly and send highly personalised LinkedIn messages
* Book real meetings with decision-makers, not just "busy work"
* Think independently and make suggestions to improve outreach

What You’ll Be Doing

LinkedIn & Apollo.io Outreach (80%)

* Use Apollo.io to find, research, and connect with potential clients
* Send genuine, well-researched LinkedIn messages. No spam, no generic templates
* Use Sales Navigator & InMail to engage the right prospects
* Use our LinkedIn account to increase response rates
* Follow specific messaging guidelines while also adapting when needed
* Secure as many meetings as possible with high-quality leads
* All meetings will be conducted by the co-founders, so your focus is to book the right people, not sell on the call
* Track responses and follow-ups in Notion (our CRM), but only for strong leads

In-Depth Research & Strategy (10%)

* Research potential clients before reaching out. Understand their business and needs
* Adapt messaging based on pain points, industry trends, and client priorities
* Stay updated on LinkedIn’s latest outreach strategies and algorithm changes to maintain effectiveness
* Suggest new strategies to improve response rates and booked meetings

CRM & Lead Tracking (10%)

* Keep only high-quality leads and follow-ups updated in Notion (our CRM)
* Organise outreach properly to ensure strong leads are followed up at the right time

What We’re Looking For
Proven Success in LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation

* At least 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, sales, or B2B lead generation
* You must have a track record of successfully booking meetings through LinkedIn
* Experience with outreach tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, & InMail is required. You must know how to use these tools effectively
* Flawless English (No AI-Written Messages!)
* Exceptional written and spoken English, in a natural business style
* Ability to write messages that feel authentic, personal, and professional
* STRICT NO AI POLICY: If you rely 100% on AI to write messages, do not apply
* Resilient & Highly Motivated

Many people won’t reply or will say no. You need to be someone who stays motivated, improves, and keeps pushing forward

We need someone who takes initiative, suggests improvements, and looks for ways to increase meetings booked

Trustworthy and & Professional

* You’ll be using my personal LinkedIn account, so you must be extremely professional, respectful, and careful
* Confidentiality is critical. You cannot share client details or outreach strategies
* Must Follow Instructions Exactly & Be Highly Organised

You’ll be following a structured outreach process, so attention to detail is essential
You must keep strong leads updated in Notion (our CRM) without missing follow-ups
If you struggle with organisation or keeping track of details, this is NOT the job for you

* Compensation & Growth Opportunities
* Hourly Rate: $8 - $9 USD per hour
* Commission: 10% of the total deal value (only if the deal closes)
* Bonuses: Extra incentives for top performers
* Hours: Start at 20 hours per week, with potential to increase based on performance and sales growth
* Work Remotely: Flexible work schedule as long as outreach is consistent

* Performance Expectations (What Success Looks Like)
* In the first 30 days, you must:
* Book at least 5-10 meetings with qualified leads
* Maintain a 30%+ response rate on LinkedIn messages
* Track only high-quality leads in Notion (not every message)
* Meetings will be conducted by the co-founders. Your job is to get them booked

Beyond 30 days, you must:
* Increase meetings booked per month to 10-15
* 15-20 meetings per month is possible for top performers
* Ensure the CRM is always updated with strong leads and follow-ups
