**Hours:**
100% full time. Don’t apply if you don’t like to work hard. You need to be someone who is super eager to jump on leads as soon as they come in and will them to showing up to calls with the Closer. If you attack the phones all day we will invest in you, help you grow your career in earnings and skills, and train you the f up.

**Now, here’s the actual rundown of what we’re doing here:**

tsm is where ambitious individuals come to land roles at leading tech companies…in less than 2 months. Our 1:1 job service has successfully placed 150+ candidates at prestigious companies in Silicon Valley, including Rippling, Ramp, Databricks, and more. If a job seeker doesn’t sign their dream offer in 60 days, they don’t pay us. That promise has led to an 85% success rate.

**Job Overview:**

YOU NEED TO BE HUNGRY, ATTACK LEADS so they show, COMMUNICATE WITH CLOSER AND SALES MANAGER, and WANT TO LEARN AND GROW.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, coachable, and gets shit done. You have to control conversations and guide job seekers in overcoming their setbacks, and take action w/ tsm as their first step in a fulfilling career.

You will be dialing a lot of the day, and when new booked sales come in you are expected to dial them within 5 minutes to make sure they are qualified.

After leads are qualified, you do everything in your human power to get them to show.

There is a ton of opportunity for growth and we are hiring someone who is about that savage lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Call leads within 5 minutes of them booking a sales call (10-20 per day)
Qualify leads for their call with closer & pre-frame them
Get after the leads you qualify and make sure they actually show to consult
Update the crm and stay in close contact with your closer + sales manager
Contact partial submits and set them (10-20 per day)
KPI’s are around speed-to-lead, offer rate, show rate, close rate, and partial submits

**Requirements:**
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable speaking to high-level career professionals.
Fluent in English with minimal accent.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work U.S. CST hours and occasional overtime.
Nickname should be “I-get-after-it” but compassionately getting after it
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tech, startups, or careers, or at least an interest.
Previous experience in sales or appointment setting.

Expected Monthly Compensation
$1,000 USD base, $2,000 USD OTE
