Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Email, Phone & SMS Outreach, AI-Assisted Communication)

Hours: 10 hours per week (with potential to increase to 20 hours)
Time Zone: Must be available during U.S. CST business hours
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience ($5 - $7/hour)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced virtual assistant to support our eCommerce and real estate businesses. This role requires strong English communication skills, experience with phone and SMS outreach, and the ability to use AI tools to refine voice memos and emails into professional messages. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and needs minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
? Email Management – Organizing inboxes, responding to emails professionally, and drafting messages from voice memos
? Phone Outreach & Sales Calls – Calling contacts using a U.S. dialer (must have access to a U.S. phone number)
? SMS Marketing & Sales – Managing outbound SMS campaigns, engaging leads via text, and following up on sales inquiries
? AI-Assisted Communication – Using AI tools to enhance emails, sales scripts, and SMS messages
? Task Execution from Voice Memos – Taking verbal instructions and converting them into clear, professional communication
? Basic Administrative Support

Requirements:
? Fluent English (spoken and written) – Strong communication skills for phone, SMS, and email
? Experience with SMS marketing & sales – Using SMS platforms to engage, follow up, and convert leads
? Phone Outreach Experience – Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups
? Gmail & Dialer Software Proficiency – Familiar with email management and U.S. phone dialers
? AI Tools Experience – Ability to use ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to refine business communication
? Independent & Proactive – Ability to work with minimal supervision
? Slack Communication – Comfortable using Slack for daily updates
? U.S. CST Availability – Must be available during U.S. business hours
