Position: Virtual Executive Officer Assistant / Operations Manager
Company: Unique Modest Bridal
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: Starting at $4/hour (Negotiable) + High Bonuses (Potential to earn up to $1,000/month or more)

About the Role:
Unique Modest Bridal is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Virtual Executive Officer Assistant to take on the role of the main manager of the company's daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-expanding bridal wholesale company with plenty of room for growth as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer daily inquiries via email and respond on behalf of the owner.

Rewrite and send emails in the owner's name, ensuring professional communication.

Create and manage monthly task lists to keep business operations on track.

Manage teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, ensuring they complete tasks properly and efficiently.

Provide clear instructions and assign responsibilities to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Onboard new candidates, explaining our business model and platform.

Speak with customers, represent the business, and answer all inquiries.

Manage invoices and payments through Stripe with a strong focus on ensuring the correct amounts are charged and recorded accurately.

Write and manage invoices for clients, ensuring all financial details are accurate.

Ensure accuracy in billing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking to avoid discrepancies.

Ensure every lead is managed, followed up with, and taken care of precisely to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Provide support and backup where needed.

Answer customer calls and provide professional support when required.

Represent and speak in the owner’s name when addressing important matters.

Address customer issues and deliver urgent or important messages to ensure they are properly communicated.

Create engaging social media content if needed and assist with urgent tasks.

Oversee and manage daily operations, making decisions independently to ensure smooth business functioning.

Participate in daily video Google Meet sessions with customers from around the globe.

Must have a classy appearance and be representable at all times to properly reflect the company’s image.

Must be willing and able to show their face on video chats, confidently engage with customers, and represent the brand on behalf of the owner in a pleasant, professional, and classy manner.


Skills & Knowledge Required:
While you don't need to be an expert in all the following platforms, basic knowledge and the ability to handle tasks when required are essential:

marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)

Canva


Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience in Stripe, writing invoices, and ensuring payment details are correct.

Basic knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping with a focus on financial accuracy.

Proficiency in CRM systems for customer and lead management.

Strong skills in Google Sheets, Word, and Adobe.

Knowledge of WhatsApp Business for client communication.

Website knowledge to manage and update company platforms when needed.


Additional Required Skills:

Proven experience in a similar role — past experience is required.

Must provide references from previous roles.

Must submit a video introduction, a DISC personality test, and a resume.

Must have strong English language skills with the ability to write, speak, and communicate clearly and effectively.

Must be eager to get the job done and demonstrate the ability to manage tasks efficiently and properly.

Must be a fast worker and a fast learner, capable of adapting to tasks quickly.

Must have a classy appearance and be comfortable presenting themselves professionally on video chats.

Must be able to represent the company in a professional and pleasant manner when communicating with customers globally.

Excellent phone communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients.

Strong micro-management and detail-oriented skills.

Ability to make independent decisions and manage the business effectively without constant oversight.

Ability to take ownership of the business and treat it as your own.

Trial Period:
The first month will be a trial period starting at $4/hour. After proving your skills, there's potential for a higher wage plus excellent bonus opportunities.
