JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Vehicle recovery company, specializing in breakdown and accident damaged vhicle movements.
We’re seeking someone to provide administrative and customer service support. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks
The ideal candidate should have experience in speaking with British public, call handling and administrative work and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. Ideally you will also have experience with Google Maps, dealing with members of the public and suite CRM, although training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
Task 1- Responding to customer phone calls, text messages, whatsapp messages, emails and online form enquires
Task 2 - Creating quotes from leads and forwarding on to customers
Task 3 - Creating Job cards and assigning to drivers
Task 4 - Processing completed jobs
Task 5 - Making sure payments have been received and chase outstanding payments Etc…
