Job Title: Inventory Planning / Data Entry Manager

We are a family-owned online business in California seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Planning / Data Entry Manager. There will be 1 month trial for 2-4hours/day focusing on inventory management, forecasting, and data entering, with the potential for full-time growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain flawless Excel records.
* Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and sales demand.

Qualifications:
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.

Working Hours & Compensation:
* Preferred hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (but flexible).
* Starting pay:
200 pesos/hour (first-month trial). The true rate depends on performance after the initial month.
