Job Title: Intake Coordinator with Inbox Management Experience

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator and Virtual
Assistant with a strong command of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you have experience managing client intakes and inbox communication, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle client intakes, including collecting and organizing information.
Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Regularly follow up with clients via phone and email.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions.
Assist in coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Write emails, send texts and make phone calls.
Organize inbox and keep leads organized.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in client intake coordination.
Strong inbox management skills with the ability to prioritize and respond efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
