About the Role:
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact with callers and potential leads who have shown interest in our services. Your role will involve:
- Responding to inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Identify what type of caller is reaching out, write down their contact information and forward it to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infomber for follow-up.
- Engaging with new leads.
- Asking insightful questions to qualify new leads and understand their needs.
- Sending an application packet and walking the new lead through the process.
- Following up consistently until the application is completed and submitted.

You’ll be a vital part of our team, guiding leads through the process and keeping them excited about joining us. This is where your communication experience and coachable attitude come in.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong English speaking skills (this is required)
- Strong writing skills to follow up with leads via email and text.
- Minimal to no accent to ensure clear communication.
- Confidence on the phone and in your ability to educate callers.
- Experience in phone sales – you know how to make a connection.
- A coachable mindset – we want you to grow, learn, and adapt to new strategies to hit your targets.
