Responsibilities
- Handle multiple requests, utilizing strong judgment in managing the priority of requests, escalating as necessary for the resolution
- Manage/assist with tea
- Gain familiarity with internal tools and systems used by the team
- Work on special projects as needed across the Northspyre team
- Ensure that the necessary resources (tea
- Identify and troubleshoot any problems or obstacles that may arise during implementation, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Support the Implementation Manager in creating and refining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Ensure that all project-related resources (e.g., personnel, tools, technology) are in place to support implementation.
- Organize and maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and training materials.
- Support the Implementation Manager in conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-5 years of related work experience at a high-growth company
- Knowledge of G Suite
- Powerful communication and interpersonal skills (Must have a neutral accent and know a lot of context in American Culture)
- Confident self-starter who can take a task and run with it with limited supervision from the executive
- Creative problem solver who can anticipate needs proactively, offer solutions and make recommendations
- STRONG attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality. No grammatical errors or sloppy mistakes when typing.
- Availability to perform job duties outside of regular business hours when necessary
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced working environment
- Must be willing to work Night Shift 8 pm - 6 am PHT
