Your Role As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure a smooth recruiting process, upholding our values while managing various operational tasks with precision and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing the recruitment applicant flow using step-by-step guides.
Utilizing G-Suite tools and internationally recognized cognitive testing platforms.
Conducting interviews in English following provided scripts, ensuring each candidate aligns with our core values.
Managing the recruiting CRM and ensuring all data is accurately tracked.
Submitting daily progress updates via Slack.
Requirements

Presentation: You’ll be on-camera, representing our brand, so it’s essential to be presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Stable Environment: A reliable internet connection, high-quality camera and microphone, and a quiet space to maintain focus during video interactions.
Consistency: Reliability is key—consistent behavior and performance both internally with your team and externally with candidates.
Growth-Oriented: We offer clear pathways for advancement in a stable environment that values your contributions.

3-4 days/week - 9am - 6pm CST with a 60 minute break
