We are dedicated to streamlining the hiring process and finding exceptional candidates for our clients. We're looking for a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role offers significant growth potential, including opportunities to expand into full-time hours and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial interviews and pre-screen candidate responses, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- System Improvement: Optimize and streamline hiring workflows, propose efficient tools or processes, and assist in administering skills tests using the best platforms.
- Administrative Support: Organize and manage hiring pipelines using Google Workspace and job boards like Indeed. Ensure all client and candidate communications are timely, clear, and professional.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks to improve efficiency.
- Client Collaboration: Shadow the founder to learn hiring processes, assist with client communications, and eventually take on greater responsibilities in managing client relationships.
- Technology & AI Integration: Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve productivity, enhance communication, and streamline tasks.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with direct experience in interviewing candidates or working in HR/recruiting. Prior exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English, with a personable and professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and familiar with communication tools like Slack and Zoom. Knowledge of AI tools and project management platforms is a plus.
- Organization & Initiative: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Able to work independently and identify areas for improvement without constant direction.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with change and eager to improve processes and implement new systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Personable, engaging, and capable of making a great impression on candidates during interviews.
