Healthcare Practice Virtual Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
Calendar and Scheduling Management:
Manage and oversee the executive's calendar to ensure no overbookings occur and appointments are efficiently scheduled.
Coordinate the scheduling of patient appointments and handle any necessary rescheduling to optimize daily workflows and provider availability.
Facilitate smooth communication between tea
Provider File Maintenance:
Ensure all provider files are up-to-date with current licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
Manage documentation and compliance records for each provider in the practice, ensuring they meet all professional and regulatory standards.
Team Communication:
Act as a communication hub for the team, ensuring clear and effective transmission of information between providers, administrative staff, and management.
Organize and coordinate tea
Patient Appointment Coordination:
Handle all aspects of patient appointment management, including booking, confirmations, and rescheduling.
Provide patients with reminders and necessary pre-appointment instructions to ensure a smooth telehealth experience.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
Support billing and insurance claims processes as needed to ensure timely and accurate billing operations.
