HR Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies while managing the entire hiring process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the construction company.

Your duties will include collaborating with hiring manager to determine job qualifications and reaching out to individuals with relevant training and expertise in a construction field. Additionally, you will handle inquiries from applicants.

To qualify for the HR Recruitment position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting within the construction industry and must hold a college or university degree.
