JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures that HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
-Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
-Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
-Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
-Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
-Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
-Maintain HR metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Monitor employee turnover and suggest strategies to improve retention.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
