???? What You'll Be Doing

? Answering inquiries about permits from customer service reps & clients
? Calling building departments to handle permit questions, contractor registrations, and inspections
? Providing timely updates to teammates & clients about permits and inspection status
? Managing emails & phone calls from clients and building departments

? Strong research and investigative skills
? Excellent communication skills (English – written & spoken)

? Familiarity with Building Permits & Contractor Registrations
