Experience in Property Management / Guest Services / Short Term Rentals is required for this role.

To achieve the above, Holiday Rental Experts has designed an industry specific Virtual Assistant – Outsourcing service. We source suitable candidates, specifically train them to work in the Short Term Rental industry and; integrate them into our client's business to be managed directly.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive offshore teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to assist with guest communication and ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This full-time role will involve handling phone calls and emails for guest services, as well as providing support for various tasks to help us keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed with attention to detail.
- Phone & Email Support: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails for guest services, including bookings, requests, and inquiries.
- Task Support: Provide assistance with other operational tasks as required, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with the team to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or guest services (hospitality experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools as required.
- Previous experience working in an offshore or remote team is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time and be available during agreed-upon hours.
