You’ll need to be proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to solve problems—whether it’s managing admin work, engaging with the community, or handling basic tech support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and follow up.
Manage spreadsheets, databases, and essential documents.
Handle social media posting and community interactions.
Troubleshoot and fix basic automation issues in GoHighLevel.
Provide basic tech support and resolve minor technical problems.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and various administrative tasks.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

? Technical Skills (Must-Have):
Minimum 1 year of experience with GoHighLevel workflow, automation, and Zapier.
Proficiency in Zoom, Google Sheets, Skool Community, and social media management.
Strong spoken English skills (clear and professional communication).
