Generalist VA For Land Investing Business

We are looking for a fulltime Generalist VA for our land investing company.

The company was founded in 2021. We are one of the fastest growing land investing companies in the entire industry. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.

In this role, you'll be conducting general VA tasks to aide with the running of our business, including: finding realtors, selecting photographers, writing listing descriptions and listing properties on various land selling sites, updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Transaction Coordination work in closing properties, drafting purchase agreements, managing double closings, etc. The goal is to assist the team with all administrative tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Soft Skills needed...

1) Fluent in speaking and writing english
2) Team Player, Flexible, and willing to take on additional administrative task
3) Detail Orientated (Contracts must be accurately drafted, etc.)
4) Kind and empathetic.
5) Hungry for professional growth ( As this is a salary + bonus role. We want someone who is motivated to help others, drive growth and wants to make an incredible income)

Technical Skills needed...

1) CRM experience, we use Pebble (CRM)
2) Research local realtors/photographer, download lists, find numbers
3) Familiar with G Suite (Google Drive)
4) Slack for team communication
5) Managing Emails
6) Fluent in english

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm EST).

Pay:

Base Salary between $6/hr-$10/hr (depending on experience)
Bonus: $250-$1000. Based on the team reaching quarterly gross sales goals (paid quarterly)
