We are a VA agency, looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, supporting various administrative tasks, and helping us grow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage
* Organize and maintain digital files and records.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
* Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
* Assist with basic customer service and follow-ups.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
* Conduct online research and compile relevant information.
* Support social media management tasks (optional, based on experience).
* Coordinate and communicate with tea
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace tools.
* Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar is a plus.
* Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferred but not required).
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills (not required):
Social media management or content creation.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing software.
