Full-Time Social Media Manager

I'm looking for a dedicated full-time Social Media Manager who can fully commit to this role—not just add me to their list of clients. I need someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and truly invested in helping me grow my brand.

Requirements & Skills:
Social Media Expertise – Strong understanding of branding and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
Content Creation & Scheduling – Experience with Canva, video editing, and social media scheduling tools
Engagement & Community Building – Ability to interact with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and grow a community
Analytical & Data-Driven – Can track social media metrics, optimize strategies, and report performance
Marketing & Trend Awareness – Stays updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes
Strong Communication & Writing Skills – Ability to write engaging captions, emails, and assist with admin tasks

Work Setup & Availability:
Full-time commitment – This is NOT a side gig. I need someone who is fully focused and available during working hours.
Stable Internet & Equipment – Must have a reliable internet connection and a laptop/PC suitable for design and admin tasks.
Long-term Collaboration – I’m looking for a teammate, not a temporary freelancer.
