Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Specialist to join our growing furniture assembly business. This remote role is ideal for someone who excels at customer interaction, has experience with CRM systems, and can handle administrative tasks with ease. Familiarity with platforms like Thumbtack and other lead-generation tools is a big plus!
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
Use CRM software to manage customer interactions, update records, and track inquiries.
Follow up with potential customers and existing clients to secure bookings and maintain customer satisfaction.
Use ChatGPT and other tools to negotiate with customers and craft professional responses.
Schedule appointments and manage the team’s calendar efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions.
Monitor and manage customer leads from platforms like Thumbtack and similar services.
Qualifications:
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as Thumbtack, Angi, or TaskRabbit is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in managing calendars and coordinating schedules.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfort using ChatGPT or other AI tools for customer communication.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Skills:
Background in furniture assembly or related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
