GH Logistics is expanding, and we’re looking for a Remote Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have fleet operations experience, mechanical knowledge, and a strong ability to manage maintenance schedules, vendor communication, and compliance tracking, this is the opportunity for you.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time
Saturday Half-day (morning shift)
Training will be paid upon completion.
What You’ll Do
Maintain 93%+ fleet uptime by proactively managing maintenance and repair schedules
Monitor real-time repairs and track service progress for trucks and trailers
Ensure DOT & FMCSA compliance for all fleet operations
Prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime through effective preventive maintenance planning
Coordinate with mechanics, vendors, and repair shops to complete service on time
Approve and track repair invoices to prevent overcharges and billing delays
Input and analyze data in our Truck Management System (TMS) to track fleet performance
Communicate with dispatch and operations to prioritize repairs while maintaining service schedules
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in fleet maintenance coordination, trucking logistics, or administrative fleet operations
Mechanical knowledge preferred, but not required
Ability to manage repair approvals, billing, and maintenance scheduling
Strong data tracking and reporting skills—must be able to use a TMS or maintenance tracking software
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to monitor multiple repair processes at once
Experience with DOT & FMCSA compliance in fleet maintenance
Reliable internet connection and a home office setup capable of real-time communication
